About the role:
- Provide global leadership for the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) across the manufacturing network; partner with the Global Head of Maintenance (Global Process Owner – GPO) and Regional Maintenance & Reliability Leads to implement and execute global CMMS programs (e.g., TAKAMI).
- Improve maintenance efficiency, process standardization, and performance management by driving consistent CMMS work management practices; as CMMS Data Product Owner, enable reliable data capture/governance and create decision-ready insights linked to business outcomes (e.g., backlog reduction, WO quality, asset uptime, spare parts optimization).
- Strengthen CMMS compliance across SAP PM, JDE, BMRAM and Maximo, aligned with global Engineering SOPs/standards, GxP and Finance requirements (e.g., spare parts management), data integrity, and inspection readiness.

How you will contribute:
- Act as global CMMS program/process lead for deployment, change management, stakeholder adoption, and governance at site level.
- Define and drive harmonized CMMS work management standards (work order lifecycle/quality, planning & scheduling, backlog management, job plans/task lists/work instructions, master data discipline, execution routines).
- Develop/continuously improve maintenance, calibration, spare parts management, and reliability documentation packages/SOPs; ensure consistency between SOPs and CMMS configuration/data structure.
- Establish/maintain global CMMS process and data governance with minimum requirements, adherence monitoring, and gap-closure mechanisms.
- Own global CMMS enhancement roadmap and site maturity assessments; track improvement actions and closure of gaps.
- Ensure audit readiness and drive corrective/preventive actions for key compliance risks (e.g., spare parts data, traceability, master data consistency).
- Align CMMS processes with Finance/Supply Chain needs for end-to-end process/data integrity.
- Coordinate with Digital/IT and OT partners for data capture, integrations, validation status, analytics, and release planning.
- Enable performance monitoring via CMMS KPIs/dashboards and coach data-driven decision making.
- Provide functional CMMS coaching/support; own a capability building program (training, playbooks, maturity assessments, coaching models) and adoption planning.
- Govern the end-to-end Maintenance/Calibration/Spare Parts data product for trusted CMMS-to-enterprise data and Global Maintenance Dashboard KPIs.
- Benchmark best practices and guide evaluation/adoption of advanced CMMS technologies.
- Support global maintenance assessments (e.g., LAMP) and ensure evaluation of practices, data quality, and system usage.

What you bring to Takeda:
- Degree in engineering (or related technical discipline) or equivalent experience; 10+ years in maintenance/reliability execution in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Strong CMMS process governance and multi-site deployment experience; hands-on experience with SAP PM, JDE, BMRAM and/or Maximo (preferred).
- Strong influencing/stakeholder management, structured problem solving, sound judgment, and ability to operate in a complex global matrix.
- Strong written/verbal communication, change management capability, and ability to coach site teams in fluent business English.

Base Salary Range:
- CHF159,300.00 - CHF219,010.00
