Global Clinical Training Leader, MR

Role: Lead global clinical training for MRI products, supporting new product launches, clinical adoption, and knowledge transfer. Responsibilities: develop and deliver in-person/virtual training for internal teams and external customers; collaborate with engineering and product teams to create educational content; serve as MRI clinical SME evaluating and communicating clinical value; coordinate with regional teams for global adoption; support clinical development projects. Requirements: ARRT MRI certification or equivalent; 5+ years MRI clinical experience; proven expertise in developing/training healthcare professionals; strong presentation skills; ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally; willing to travel 10–20%. Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's; 10+ years in medical imaging; experience supporting NPI, product launches, or clinical validation; previous industry-specific roles, including GE HealthCare; knowledge of global MRI user needs, adult learning, and other imaging modalities.
