Role: Lead late-stage clinical programs in prostate cancer cell therapy, focusing on study design, execution, and data interpretation to inform regulatory, payer, and clinician decisions. Responsibilities: set program vision, oversee Phase II–IV trials, collaborate with global R&D teams, manage external stakeholder relationships, and ensure scientific integrity and compliance. Requirements: MD or life sciences degree, 5+ years in clinical research, experience in cell therapy, strong knowledge of clinical trial design, regulation, biostatistics, and drug development; proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: PhD or additional scientific qualifications, prior prostate cancer or early development experience, line management skills, and experience in regulatory interactions.
