Role Summary

The Global Brand Manager (GBM) for Nuvaxovid vaccines is responsible for co-developing and implementing the global marketing strategy and tactical plan, aligned to the Protection Without Compromise agenda, to maximize revenue. The GBM will manage the advertising agency and drive tactical execution and digital/omnichannel strategy and execution to support global launches, while assisting the Global Brand Leader in guiding the Global Brand Team across a cross-functional, matrix organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Nuvaxovid cross-functional global brand team to assess, update and implement a comprehensive brand plan that will grow awareness and adoption of Nuvaxovid globally
  • Drive brand priorities with management and coordination with the advertising agency to prepare cross-functional teams globally and locally to execute
  • Shape the digital/omnichannel strategy and key tactics with key launch markets and the wider Flu franchise to ensure consistency
  • Demonstrate ownership to improve outcomes, processes, collaboration and increase personal impact by proactively engaging in efforts to improve job performance, individually and for the Global Brand Team

Qualifications

  • Required: At least 8 years of experience as a global/regional/local marketer; minimum bachelorโ€™s degree; strong strategic thinking and ability to develop an actionable brand strategy and operationalize at country level; experience in leading cross-functional teams; excellent oral and written communication skills; understanding of mature markets (North America, EU, Japan); core knowledge of commercial topics (market/customer segmentation, omni-channel activation, ad agency management, stakeholder engagement, competitive intel, payer systems); English fluency
  • Preferred: MBA or Masterโ€™s degree; vaccine or seasonal vaccines experience; prior GBM experience in a global/local model; scientific or medical background (PharmD or PhD); French language
