Role: The Global Associate Director Medical Affairs (GADMA) supports global medical and scientific initiatives within assigned therapeutic areas, focusing primarily on US operations with global engagement. Responsibilities include executing Value & Implementation (V&I) plans, organizing expert input events, symposia, and educational activities, and engaging with international scientific leaders and key stakeholders. The role involves consolidating medical insights, supporting program management (patient support, educational, risk management), and collaborating across functions such as commercial, outcomes research, policy, and market access. The GADMA manages budgets and participates in investigator-initiated studies review. Qualifications: MD, PhD, or PharmD with at least 2+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in medical affairs, with strong decision-making, collaboration, communication, and project management skills. Preferred: experience with scientific leadership and stakeholder engagement in the therapeutic area.
