Role Summary
GIC Specialty Sales Rep III โรรฌ Execute brand strategy and tactics in field, manage assigned territory and targeted accounts, build strong customer relationships, and solve customer needs to maximize short and long term sales performance while operating within AbbVieโรรดs code of conduct and all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed goals.
- Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and perform post-call evaluation to continuously improve sales performance; handle objections and close on sales calls.
- Proactively serve customer needs and expectations to build trusted relationships and achieve win-win agreements with customers.
- Develop and execute a call plan to achieve set call metrics and optimize coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities.
- Continuously build understanding of customer needs, territory market landscape, competitors, market dynamics, accounts, disease state, product, clinical and sales expertise; share market intelligence with in-field team, brand team, and sales manager to align and optimize brand strategy.
- Differentiate AbbVieโรรดs value proposition with health providers and identify and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates to maximize brand performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, biological sciences, pharmacy, business related field, or equivalent
- Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills
- In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge; recognized as an expert resource
- Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; strategic and critical thinking capabilities
- Identifies customer style/behavior and adapts selling approach accordingly
- Operates effectively in a matrix environment
- Offers innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities
- Provides impact with ideas for the organization and responds to changes
- Influences others; credible and respected resource among peers
