Title: General Manager - 10 Barrel
Reports to: Regional Pubs Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee front of house, back of house, and infrastructural operations, including financials and service levels.
- Run meetings; maintain and communicate a strategic operating plan to assistant managers, the Executive Chef, and staff.
- Maintain favorable relationships with peers, staff, vendors, and company employees.
- Maximize cost controls via training, monitoring, inventory controls, and correct POS pricing.
- Ensure accurate financial and administrative reporting by scheduled deadlines.
- Review order history, sales reports, and other data to monitor profit and loss.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on accurate pricing and inventory.
- Perform regular kitchen and counter checks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Respond to guest complaints with actions that promote customer retention.
- Drive labor performance: create schedules, manage staffing, and make real-time decisions to meet labor budget goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Provide direct leadership and oversight to the Banquet Manager for event execution, team development, operational excellence, and alignment with standards and financial objectives.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.
- Passion and knowledge of the beverage/alcohol industry.
- Ability to identify program successes/deficiencies and lead improvements.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and customers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
- Bachelorβs Degree preferred.
- 3+ years general management experience; Food Service/Restaurant industry preferred.
Compensation Range: USD $75,000β80,000 DOE
