Operations
Objective:
- Orchestrate planning and strategic initiatives across the Global Capability Model (GCM), ensuring alignment with business objectives, effective delivery across locations, and continuous optimization for performance, scalability, and resilience.

Accountabilities:
- Strategic Initiatives & Project Oversight: Oversee execution of GCM strategic initiatives; coordinate, track, and report across initiatives.
- Demand & Capability Management: Steer demand management for new capabilities via structured intake, prioritization, and alignment to capacity and strategic priorities; design the intake process and align key stakeholders.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team; set priorities, objectives, and accountability; ensure high-quality execution via delegation, oversight, and performance management; foster collaboration and build team capabilities.
- Risk Management & Business Continuity: Lead GCM risk management (identify, assess, mitigate); establish/maintain business continuity plans; monitor and report risk exposure and mitigation effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 12+ years progressive experience in strategic, planning, and transformation roles (preferably GBS/GCC).
- Track record leading complex cross-functional programs across functions/geographies.
- Experience managing organizational change across business units/functions/local markets.
- Strong leadership/people management (including leading functional leads).
- Experience setting up/scaling operating models, governance, and ways of working.
- Understanding of global operating models and shared services/GBS-GCC delivery.
- Strong project/program management; governance framework/tool evolution using tech and data insights.
- Solid risk management and business continuity framework knowledge; strong financial/business acumen.
- Strong stakeholder management/influencing; lead-through-others; strategic + execution focus; problem-solving/decision-making; excellent communication.

Education & Language:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Fluent English.

Location:
- Can be based in the United States or Mexico.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Boston, MA base salary range: $212,000.00–$333,190.00.
