Role Responsibilities:
- Drive customer engagement and sales performance through effective in-person interactions.
- Build strong, compliant relationships with HCPs and office staff across assigned accounts.
- Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging to support appropriate product use.
- Leverage product, disease, and market knowledge to identify opportunities and prioritize accounts.
- Support patient access by providing information on reimbursement, hubs, and co-pay resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and advance business objectives.
- Use digital tools and insights to plan, execute, and optimize territory activities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree; OR associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience.
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales, marketing, or aligned therapeutic provider experience.
- Driver’s license: Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record. Any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies hiring.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–5 years specialty sales experience (preferably Gastroenterology, immunology, or inflammation).
- Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement/distribution.
- Experience engaging KOLs and high-influence accounts.
- Demonstrated business acumen, data-driven decision making, and strategic thinking.
- Strong digital engagement capability (e.g., Veeva Engage, Teams) and comfort with hybrid selling.
Work Location & Travel:
- Field-based; reside within workable distance of territory points of business.
- Ability to travel to all accounts; overnight stays as needed.
Benefits/Compensation (explicitly stated):
- Annual base salary range: $108,600–$250,700; additional Sales Incentive bonus.
