G&A Finance - Sr. Analyst

Role: Senior Financial Analyst supporting Agilent’s G&A Finance team, primarily serving HR, Legal, Technology Office, and Strategic Corp Development. Objectives include managing financial planning, reporting, and compliance activities to enable business decision-making and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities encompass overseeing the full financial cycle—monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and long-range planning—while ensuring adherence to GAAP, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley. Key tasks involve consolidating financial data, developing actionable reports, and collaborating across functions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in accounting or finance; 10+ years with extensive experience in financial planning, reporting, and ERP systems such as SAP, HANA, Essbase, or HPCM.
