Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer, develop business-critical applications across AbbVie’s business areas, including work in software development, data visualization, and data warehousing. Interpret business requirements to deliver intuitive, user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine tasks competently and independently; produce reliable results.
- Analyze and critique results; note significant variances/deviations.
- Troubleshoot algorithms, protocols, and software programs.
- Modify protocols/approaches as business needs change.
- Learn and understand new methods and technologies.
- Obtain vendor estimates/quotes and contribute to time/cost estimates.
- Produce and maintain required technical documentation.
- Adhere to corporate standards and policies (code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, software development lifecycle).

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s + 2 years’ experience, or Master’s + 0 years.
- Theoretical/practical knowledge to perform job functions.
- Ability to multitask and meet timelines.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks: Angular, React, and/or Vue.
- Server-side languages: Python, NodeJS, Java, and/or .NET.
- Database technology: Oracle, PostgreSQL, Neo4J, and/or MarkLogic.
- Fundamental front-end: HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred:
- Mobile development experience.
- 6 years of IT-related work experience.
