Global Security Investigator

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough, objective investigations into security incidents, including theft, fraud, misconduct, and policy violations.
- Gather, analyze, and manage evidence, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective actions or security enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, legal, IT) to address security concerns and implement preventive measures.
- Liaise with local, national, and international law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Monitor global security trends and intelligence to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop strategies for incident prevention and response to enhance the organization’s security posture.
- Provide training and awareness programs on security issues and protocols.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information throughout the investigation process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related discipline.
- 4 years of investigation experience.
- Certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) desirable.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 20%).
- Maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory standards related to security and investigations.
- Multilingual skills are an asset.
