Role Summary

Franchise Head to lead the DUPIXENT Dermatology team. Requires a proven track record in sales, marketing, and market access within biotech or pharmaceutical industries. Strategic leader to drive commercial success, collaborate with alliance partners, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative therapies to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing teams. Oversee the commercial P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Sales & Marketing Excellence: Drive go-to-market strategy aligned with brand objectives. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive product adoption. Direct sales efforts including key account management, territory planning, and performance tracking.
  • Market Access & Reimbursement: Develop market access strategies for favorable formulary placement and reimbursement. Maintain relationships with payers, government agencies, and healthcare providers. Monitor healthcare policy and market access trends.
  • Alliance & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Primary point of contact for alliance partners; work with Medical Affairs, Patient Services, and Go-to-Market to ensure integrated commercialization. Represent the company at industry events and cultivate stakeholder relationships.
  • External Customer Relationships/Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and institutional partners.
  • Customer-Centric Strategy: Integrate customer feedback into product development, commercial strategies, and patient support programs.
  • Market Insight: Gather market intelligence and customer insights to inform strategies and drive growth.
  • Lead with Technology/AI Integration: Drive adoption of AI and emerging technologies to enhance commercial operations, forecasting, segmentation, and patient engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use AI and analytics to improve performance; ensure data integrity and ethical use of AI.
  • Future-Proofing the Business: Explore how AI and tech advancements optimize workflows and time-to-market.
  • Talent Strategist: Attract, develop, and retain top talent; foster inclusive, high-performance leadership.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Travel: Up to 40% travel
  • Experience: 15+ years in sales and marketing with leadership roles; Dermatology launch experience; US pharma and market access experience
  • Accountability: Ability to prioritize, allocate resources, develop KPIs, and lead teams to overdeliver
  • Integrity: High ethical standards and principled leadership
  • Disruption: Experience driving digital disruption in GTM, analytics, omnichannel, and AI initiatives
  • Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills with senior stakeholders
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex alliances
  • Customer Focus: Builds lasting customer relationships and leads GTM strategies across sales, marketing, and account management
