FP&A Manager

Role: Senior FP&A Analyst supporting the APAC region, focusing on financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic support within the healthcare/medical device sector. Responsibilities: lead annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning; analyze financial performance, KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities; develop Power BI analytics dashboards; act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership; drive process improvements and automation; manage finance projects and collaborate cross-functionally. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics; 7-10+ years FP&A experience, ideally in healthcare or medical devices; proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI); strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and project management. Preferred: MBA or CPA/CFA; experience in fast-paced, multicultural environments; expertise in Power BI development.
