Position Summary

The FP&A Consolidations & Systems Manager will play a critical role in enhancing the adaptive planning and reporting capabilities for the FP&A team, focusing on the integration and optimization of Adaptive Planning for both forecasting and consolidation purposes. This position will be responsible for overseeing the consolidation processes across all FP&A teams, including SG&A and R&D, to ensure streamlined and accurate reporting. Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and optimize the integration of workforce planning modules in Adaptive Planning, ensuring that the system meets the evolving needs of FP&A teams for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting purposes.
  • Configure and maintain Adaptive Planning to ensure accurate data flow, reporting, and forecasting for all FP&A teams, including SG&A and R&D.
  • Oversee the consolidation of financial data across all FP&A functions and ensure consistency in reporting, data integrity, and accuracy for internal and external reporting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (including accounting, HR, and IT) to ensure seamless integration of Adaptive Planning with other financial systems, including ERP, to deliver accurate, real-time data.
  • Provide actionable insights through detailed financial reporting and analysis, using Adaptive Planning’s capabilities to deliver reporting on key metrics and forecasts.
  • Identify areas for system optimization and process improvements related to financial forecasting, planning, and consolidation. Lead projects aimed at improving system usability and the efficiency of financial reporting.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on Adaptive Planning best practices, reporting tools, and system functionalities, ensuring users are fully equipped to utilize the platform effectively.
  • Develop, analyze, and distribute recurring financial metrics and ad-hoc reports and develop financial dashboards for senior management to drive business decision-making.
  • Manage system and process-related projects, including new feature implementation, system upgrades, and issue resolution, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Education And Experience

These may include but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • 8 years of experience in FP&A, with a focus on financial reporting, planning, and forecasting.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning, including configuration, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Strong background in financial consolidations across multiple departments (e.g., SG&A, R&D).
  • Experience with system integrations and configuration for Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning platforms.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and other business units, to support system implementation and improvements.
  • Knowledge of financial data modeling, forecasting methodologies, and financial systems best practices.
  • Strong technical expertise in Adaptive Planning and financial system integration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

Physical Activities: On a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Some walking and lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required. The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate. The Anticipated Base Salary Range

$112,000-$140,000

In addition to your base pay, our total rewards program consists of a discretionary annual target bonus, stock options, ESPP, and 401k match. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience and education.
