FP&A Director

Role: Strategic Director of FP&A responsible for financial planning, analysis, and insights within Rakuten Rewards to optimize performance and resource allocation. Responsibilities: lead annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans; partner with business unit leaders providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations; oversee financial reporting, dashboards, and KPIs; collaborate with marketing analytics on revenue and lifetime value analysis; identify opportunities for financial improvement and risk mitigation; contribute to revenue planning and support the Japan parent company.
