FP&A Analyst

Role: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst supporting Axogen's enterprise financial processes, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and management reporting. Responsibilities: consolidate forecasts and actuals, prepare variance analyses, develop financial narratives for management reviews, support capital and cash flow planning, build financial models for strategic initiatives, and optimize FP&A systems and processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related; 3-6 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning software like Planful or similar; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, ideally within life sciences or manufacturing sectors. Preferred: advanced degree (MBA), experience with data visualization tools (Power BI), and familiarity with high-growth, publicly traded companies.
