Forward Deployment Lead, R&D Quality Strategy & Transformation

Role: Forward Development Lead responsible for end-to-end delivery of applications supporting R&D Quality at Lilly, focusing on GxP-compliant software solutions in a regulated environment. Responsibilities: own full lifecycle of quality data and systems, translate business needs into technical requirements, review code, apply CSV frameworks, build and coach a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, track value realization, ensure compliance, and drive user adoption. Collaborates with R&D Quality, Tech@Lilly, BQA, and CSQA. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or related field; minimum 5 years in pharma/biotech with 2+ years in senior technical or leadership roles; hands-on coding (Python), knowledge of GxP, CSV, GAMP5, AI/ML governance, and agile methodologies. Preferred: advanced degree, experience in regulated R&D quality, enterprise data platforms, and change management.
