Flex Medical Science Liaison - West

Role: The Flex Medical Science Liaison (MSL) provides on-demand and proactive scientific support within the rare kidney disease space, supporting clinical and medical engagement efforts. Responsibilities include conducting fair-balanced scientific exchanges with nephrologists and healthcare professionals, delivering medical education, supporting medical congress activities, documenting insights, and contributing to medical projects. The role involves temporary KOL coverage, maintaining scientific knowledge of relevant treatments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Requirements: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA, NP), 2+ years in pharma/biotech MSL experience, with a preference for nephrology or rare disease expertise, especially IgAN or FSGS. Skills include strong scientific acumen, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with FDA regulations, CRM tools, and virtual engagement platforms. The position is field-based, requiring residence in the assigned territory, with travel up to 60-80%.
