Role: The Flex Medical Science Liaison (MSL) provides on-demand and proactive scientific medical support within specified regions, focusing on rare kidney diseases. Objectives include engaging with community nephrologists and advanced practice providers to facilitate scientific exchange, support medical education, and contribute to medical projects aligned with company strategy. Responsibilities encompass conducting balanced scientific discussions, delivering educational sessions, maintaining KOL relationships, supporting congress activities, generating medical insights, and ensuring compliant documentation via CRM tools. Requirements: Advanced degree (Pharm D, MD/DO, PhD, NP, PA) with 2+ years of industry MSL experience; nephrology or rare disease expertise (notably IgAN or FSGS) is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong scientific acumen, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with FDA regulations, CRM systems, and virtual engagement tools. Experience supporting product launches and working with KOLs in clinical or academic settings is advantageous. The role is field-based, requiring residence in the territory, with travel up to 80%, including regional and national meetings.
