Role: The Flex MSL provides on-demand and proactive field medical support within rare kidney diseases, focusing on scientific exchange, KOL engagement, and medical education to support Travere's therapies and medical strategy. Responsibilities include conducting fair-balanced scientific discussions, delivering medical education aligned with current scientific literature, providing temporary territory coverage, supporting congress activities, capturing HCP insights, ensuring documentation and compliance, and contributing to medical projects. Qualifications: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA, NP) preferred; 2+ years of MSL experience, with nephrology or rare disease (IgAN, FSGS) experience strongly preferred; demonstrated success supporting product launches and working with KOLs, congresses, and cross-functional teams. Skills/Traits: Strong scientific acumen, peer-to-peer communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, organizational skills, and knowledge of FDA and industry compliance standards. Work setup: Field-based, remote locations across multiple states, with up to 60-80% travel; some evening/weekend work may be required.
