Role: The Flex Medical Science Liaison (MSL) supports clinical and scientific engagement in rare kidney diseases, providing unbiased medical information and fostering scientific exchange with nephrologists and advanced practice practitioners. Responsibilities include conducting non-promotional, fair-balanced discussions; supporting short-term KOL/institution coverage; delivering medical education aligned with organizational strategy; representing the company at congresses; capturing insights and unmet needs; and ensuring compliance and accurate documentation. The role also involves contributing to medical projects and supporting the field medical team. Qualifications: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA, NP) strongly preferred; 2+ years of MSL experience in pharma/biotech; clinical or academic experience in nephrology or rare diseases, especially IgAN or FSGS, is highly desirable. Skills: Deep scientific expertise, excellent communication, peer-to-peer engagement, strategic thinking, and proficiency with CRM and virtual tools. The position requires field-based work, with up to 60-80% travel, and is aligned with organizational values of courage, community, and patient focus.
