Role: The Flex Medical Science Liaison (MSL) supports scientific exchange and medical education in rare kidney diseases, primarily through on-demand and proactive engagement with KOLs and healthcare providers. Responsibilities include conducting balanced scientific discussions, providing short-term coverage for key stakeholders, supporting medical education at congresses, generating insights on unmet needs, documenting interactions for compliance, and contributing to medical project execution. Requirements: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, NP, PA), at least 2 years of pharma/biotech MSL experience, with nephrology or rare disease experience preferred. Demonstrated success in supporting product launches, working with KOLs, and engaging at medical congresses is desirable. High-value: Focus on rare kidney diseases, especially IgAN or FSGS, supporting therapies in clinical or post-approval stages, with an emphasis on scientific exchange, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: Field-based, remote, with 60-80% travel, including regional and national meetings.
