Role: The Flex Medical Science Liaison (MSL) supports scientific exchange and medical education within rare kidney diseases, focusing on tailored, on-demand engagement with nephrologists and advanced practice providers. Responsibilities include conducting non-promotional, fair-balanced scientific discussions; providing temporary KOL coverage; delivering compliant medical education; supporting congress activities; capturing medical insights; and contributing to medical projects, all aligned with medical strategy and compliance standards. Requirements: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA, NP) and 2+ years of MSL experience in pharma/biotech, preferably in nephrology or rare diseases like IgAN or FSGS; clinical or academic background relevant to the therapeutic area; experience with KOL engagement and medical congresses. High-Value: Focus on rare kidney diseases, biologics or small molecules, support for early-stage or late-stage clinical development, and field-based with extensive travel (up to 80%). Skills: Strong scientific acumen, excellent communication, strategic thinking, proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva), and adherence to compliance standards. Location: Field-based, territory-specific, with remote work options across multiple U.S. states.
