Flex Medical Science Liaison - South Central

Role: The Flex Medical Science Liaison (MSL) provides on-demand and proactive scientific support within rare kidney disease, focusing on community nephrologists and advanced practice practitioners. Responsibilities include conducting fair-balanced scientific discussions, supporting medical education, covering KOLs or institutions temporarily, representing the company at conferences, generating insights, and supporting medical projects while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation. Qualifications: Advanced degree (Pharm D, MD/DO, PhD, PA, NP) preferred; 2+ years of MSL experience in pharma/biotech, with strong preference for nephrology or rare disease expertise. Experience with KOL engagement, medical congresses, and cross-functional teams is essential. Skills: Deep scientific knowledge, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities; proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva), knowledge of FDA and industry regulations. Experience supporting product launches and working in fast-paced environments is advantageous.
