Flex Medical Science Liaison - East

Role: The Flex Medical Science Liaison (MSL) supports scientific exchange and medical education in rare kidney diseases, focusing on personalized engagement with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Responsibilities include conducting fair-balanced scientific discussions, providing short-term KOL coverage, supporting medical education on disease mechanisms and safety, representing the organization at congresses, capturing insights, and ensuring compliant documentation. The role also entails supporting medical projects aligned with organizational goals. Requirements: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, NP, PA) with 2+ years of MSL experience, preferably in nephrology or rare diseases like IgAN or FSGS; experience supporting product launches and working with KOLs is a plus. High-Value: Focus on rare kidney diseases, supporting therapies in clinical or pre-approval stages, with responsibilities in scientific communication, congress support, and medical insight collection. Work setup: Field-based, remote in designated territories, with up to 60-80% travel; some evening/weekend work may be required.
