Flex Medical Science Liaison - East

Role: The Flex Medical Science Liaison (MSL) supports scientific exchange and medical education in rare kidney disease, providing on-demand coverage and engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote understanding of Travere's therapies. Responsibilities include conducting fair, balanced scientific discussions; delivering medical presentations; supporting congress activities; documenting insights; and assisting with medical projects, all while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Requirements: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, NP, PA), 2+ years of MSL experience (clinical or industry), with preferred background in nephrology or rare diseases such as IgAN or FSGS. The role demands strong scientific acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with KOLs at a peer level. The candidate should be strategic, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in CRM tools like Veeva and understanding of FDA/regulatory guidelines. Travel up to 60-80% is expected, with the position being field-based and remote-friendly across multiple U.S. states. The position aims to support education, insight generation, and the advancement of therapies for rare kidney diseases, aligning with the company's patient-centric mission.
