Flex Medical Science Liaison - East

Role: The Flex Medical Science Liaison (MSL) supports medical initiatives for rare kidney diseases by providing non-promotional, science-driven medical information and engaging with healthcare professionals. Primary objectives include scientific exchange, short-term KOL/institution coverage, medical education, congress support, and insight generation aligned with medical strategy. Responsibilities encompass conducting fair-balanced discussions, delivering education on disease states and treatments, supporting scientific presence at congresses, and documenting interactions per compliance standards. Qualifications: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, NP, PA) with 2+ years in industry; experience in nephrology or rare diseases (e.g., IgAN, FSGS) preferred; prior MSL experience, supporting product launches, and working with KOLs are advantageous. High-Value: Rare kidney diseases, nephrology therapeutic area, non-promotional scientific support, field-based role with 60-80% travel, and remote work across multiple U.S. states.
