Role: The Flex MSL provides on-demand and proactive medical support within the Rare Kidney Disease space, focusing on scientific exchange and KOL engagement to support organizational medical strategies. Responsibilities include conducting fair-balanced scientific discussions, delivering medical education aligned with disease state and MOA, supporting congress activities, generating insights, and ensuring compliant documentation. The role supports short-term KOL coverage and contributes to medical projects, with a focus on nephrology and rare diseases such as IgAN or FSGS. Requirements: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA, NP) with 2+ years of MSL experience, ideally with nephrology or rare disease expertise; proven success in product launches and KOL interactions. Preferred: Experience supporting biologics or small molecules in clinical or preclinical stages, familiarity with FDA and industry compliance, and proficiency with CRM tools. The position is field-based, requiring travel up to 60-80%, and involves engaging with healthcare professionals at regional and national levels.
