Financial Management Program

Role: Participate in GE HealthCare's two-year Finance Management Program (FMP), a rotational leadership development initiative designed to cultivate future finance leaders. Responsibilities: rotate through key finance functions including Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Controllership, and FP&A, gaining hands-on experience and participating in formal training; engage with senior leaders as mentors and potentially undertake international assignments. Requirements: pursuing a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related; expected graduation between December 2026 and May 2027; willing to relocate for rotations; demonstrated academic excellence (GPA 3.0+); internship or co-op experience preferred.
