Financial Management Program

Role: Participate in GE HealthCare's two-year Finance Management Program (FMP), a full-time rotational development experience designed to cultivate future finance leaders. Responsibilities: complete four six-month rotations across core areas such as Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Controllership, and FP&A; engage in structured training in finance, accounting, and leadership; interact with senior leaders and potentially undertake international assignments in England or Brazil. Requirements: current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related; expected graduation between Dec 2026 and May 2027; willingness to relocate for rotations. Preferred: internship/co-op experience in finance or accounting; GPA ≥3.0; demonstrated leadership, teamwork, analytical, and communication skills; adaptability.
