Financial Management Program

Role: Participate in GE HealthCare's two-year Finance Management Program (FMP), a rotational leadership development initiative in corporate finance. Responsibilities: rotate through key finance functions—Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Controllership, FP&A, and potentially Investor Relations, Treasury, or Business Development—gaining broad hands-on experience; engage in formal training; collaborate with cross-functional teams; and interact with senior leaders. Requirements: pursuing a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; expected graduation between Dec 2026 and May 2027; willing to relocate for rotations; strong academic record (GPA 3.0+ preferred); demonstrated leadership, teamwork, analytical, and communication skills. HighValue: exposure to global healthcare finance, cross-functional rotations, potential international experience in England or Brazil.
