Financial Analyst

Role: Financial Analyst I supporting manufacturing finance at Bausch + Lomb's Clearwater facility, primarily focusing on financial reporting, analysis, and operational support. Responsibilities: facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules; analyze manufacturing costs and variances; assist with inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure reporting; collaborate across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and finance teams to inform decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related; up to 2 years of relevant experience, including internships; familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; foundational knowledge of financial statements, costs, and budgeting. Preferred: exposure to regulated industries (pharma, med device) and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
