Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning/execution of finance technology transformation initiatives, including implementation of ERP, EPM, financial reporting systems, audit-related systems, and AI initiatives.
- Oversee administration of finance systems: NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, and Workiva.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, workflows, and user access with IT.
- Ensure data accuracy/integrity via reconciliations and SOX-compliant controls.
- Support internal adoption: create process documentation for finance and stakeholders.
- Lead training/enablement to improve system adoption and user efficiency.
- Liaison between Finance and business units; coordinate projects and support enhancements.
- Partner with departments to streamline financial processes and improve reporting.
- Represent Finance on enterprise AI/automation initiatives.
- SOX Controls: ensure documentation/controls for new/upgraded software; support design/testing/maintenance of SOX controls; assist with finance system audit documentation; evolve IT General Control environment.
- Cross-functional support: point of contact for finance system inquiries; create/deploy training and support.
- Other ad hoc finance/accounting tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–3+ years in finance operations with technology/process improvements and audit/SOX compliance (incl. ITGC optimization).
- Strong expertise with Coupa and NetSuite (or equivalent ERP).
- Strong analytical skills; GAAP and SOX understanding.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; project management.
- Process mapping/flow-charting experience; ability to manage multiple priorities; triage issues; work independently and escalate when needed.
- High ethical standards and confidentiality.
