The Finance Manager, Etenta provides financial planning, reporting, and controllership support for the Etenta commercial team (Multiple Myeloma), including support for volume and sales forecasting for the franchise.

Responsibilities:
- Own SG&A forecasting for Plan, Update, LBE, and LRP with sound assumptions and executive-ready deliverables.
- Own OPEX and headcount management; monitor spend vs. approved budgets and flag risks/opportunities.
- Support and progressively assume ownership of monthly/quarterly/annual close and reporting for SG&A and revenue per GAAP and internal requirements.
- Maintain internal-control environment, including SOX, building toward independent ownership; support financial-statement accuracy.
- Build and own SG&A reporting and dashboards with clear variance commentary.
- Partner with commercial team on investment trade-offs and marketing-mix decisions; ensure launch investments are funded and tracked vs. budget.
- Support Etenta Volume Forecasting across Plan, Update, LBE, LRP, Portfolio, and Actual submissions.
- Own month-end price, volume/demand, and pipeline variance analyses and close commentary for Etenta P&L.
- Triangulate data (market research, competitive events, prescriptions, epidemiology, market access) to inform forecast assumptions.
- Provide ad-hoc analytics for launch/new-indication/channel-product mix scenarios and represent finance in cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics.
- 5+ years progressive experience in FP&A, financial planning, controllership, and/or forecasting.
- Demonstrated ownership of SG&A/OPEX budget, including Plan/LBE/LRP and headcount management.
- Working knowledge of GAAP close processes and internal controls (SOX).
- Strong analytical/technical/problem-solving skills; effective with all management levels.
- Ability to triangulate diverse datasets to inform forecasts and assess financial impact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize and assess data integrity under deadlines.
- Strong communication/presentation skills to senior commercial leadership.

Preferred:
- CPA and/or MBA.
- Pharmaceutical, oncology, and/or forecasting experience.
- SAP, SAP BPC, EDW, Hyperion/Smartview, Power BI (or similar visualization).
- Self-starter able to support leadership across multiple locations.
