Finance Manager, US Commercial Monitoring & Analytics

Role: Lead financial compliance monitoring and analytics for US Therapeutics and Aesthetics, focusing on Employee Business Expenses, Sponsorships, Exhibits, and Memberships. Objectives: ensure data integrity, support Sunshine Act reporting, and enhance compliance frameworks. Responsibilities: oversee monitoring programs, implement Project Genesis systems, analyze trends and risks, manage and develop Power BI dashboards, automate processes using AI/data analytics tools, collaborate with internal teams for audits and investigations, and lead a team of three senior analysts. Requirements: bachelor’s in finance, accounting, or data analytics; 5+ years in audit, finance, or related fields; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and preferably Dataiku; strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
