Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate submission of Federal Sunshine transparency data for US Commercial Therapeutics and Aesthetics.
- Maintain inventory of transparency data sources and financial system data workflows through transparency systems.
- Review quarterly data source reconciliations; maintain a master inventory; identify and implement process efficiencies (e.g., automate manual reviews).
- Lead speaker program spot monitoring; summarize monitoring flags and prioritize flags based on transparency reporting risk.
- Use technology (AI, Dataiku) to automate/enhance monitoring and identify additional monitoring opportunities.
- Analyze data using Power BI, Dataiku and/or Python (including CMS Open Payments) to provide business insights.
- Drive process improvements.
- Manage two direct reports; support development; train on monitoring tools; balance workload.
- Provide transparency-related HCP/HCO analytical support to Legal, OEC, and Commercial teams for key projects and internal audits.
- Serve as liaison for internal/external audit requests.
- Support project implementations (Project Genesis, CRM Next Generation) via input, UAT participation, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or business technology.
- Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in audit, finance, or accounting.
- Strong technical skills with Power BI (Power Query) and Dataiku preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration; strong financial, analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; strong interpersonal/communication skills.
