The Sales Forecasting Manager will lead the creation of sales forecast and consolidation process within the Immunology Franchise. Responsible for developing accurate/timely projections of commercial product volumes for Plan, LBE, LRP, Portfolio and Actual submissions, and for maintaining business knowledge through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop accurate product sales projections for Plan, LBE, LRP and Portfolio submissions (including market and competitive landscape forecasts) using analytical assumptions and communicating rationale/methodology.
- Responsible for Immunology forecasting consolidations: actuals reporting, earnings deliverables, commercial business reviews, and consolidating operations ADS package.
- Manage and support month-end actual close process; prepare Price, Pipeline and Demand variance and close commentary; communicate key performance drivers to finance and commercial leadership.
- Prepare sales reporting/key metric forecasting packages independently.
- Communicate monthly actual sales results and future-period volume forecasts to Commercial VP’s and Finance leadership.
- Work with Commercial, Pricing, Finance, and Market Analytics/Business Insight to solve business issues via analytical problem solving.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support (e.g., product launch scenarios, channel/product mix impacts).
- Lead enhancement, simplification, and standardization of financial models, processes, and forecasting deliverables.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- CPA or MBA a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive and related experience.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills; good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to triangulate diverse data sets (e.g., market research, competitive events, prescriptions, epidemiology, patient flow).
- Ability to prioritize quickly, assess data integrity, and meet challenging deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP, BPC and PowerBi preferred.
- Ability to work independently and self-starter; strong organizational and communication/presentation skills.
- Previous pharmaceutical and forecasting experience preferred.
