The primary objective of this position is to lead the Demand and Revenue forecasting processes for US Toxins (Botox Cosmetic and upcoming pipeline assets), including development, maintenance, harmonization, and continuous improvement of forecasting models and related analytics and presentation materials for planning cycles (LBEs, Plan, LRP, ADS) and launch assessments.
Responsibilities
- Lead Demand and Revenue forecasting for US Toxins.
- Develop/enhance forecasting models aligned to timelines and strategic goals.
- Create narratives supporting strategic decisions with compliance to legal/corporate guidelines.
- Identify insights (trends, opportunities, risks) from data analysis and propose solutions to improve operational performance.
- Execute LBEs, Plan, LRP, ADS, and S&OP forecasts with cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, Operations).
- Lead monthly demand review (trends, forecast accuracy) and prepare required planning submissions and backups.
- Build realistic forecasts using multiple data sources (patient funnel, treatments, market size/growth/share, DOH/inventory with volume & SKU mix, market events); refine models and validate actuals.
- Develop sales revenue targets with Incentive Compensation; forecast upcoming asset launches.
- Build scenario models for revenue/investment analysis (business cases, promotional offers, P&L, profitability/ROI, RCEs).
- Prepare reports/presentations and ad-hoc analyses; support earnings calls and external communications.
- Partner cross-functionally to align supply/demand, optimize inventory/E&O/cash flow; coordinate with Gross-to-Net/Loyalty, Field Force Ops, Pricing, and Customer Service; drive continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in finance or accounting (required).
- 8 years combined experience in Commercial Finance/revenue forecasting/FP&A/cost accounting/auditing/financial reporting (required).
- Forecasting and prior pharmaceutical or consumer industry experience (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills; strategic/creative thinking; ability to understand market research impacts.
- Ability to triangulate varied datasets; manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Solid systems/automation knowledge (SAP, BPC, PowerBI, Excel); AI automation capabilities (plus).
