Finance Manager - APEX

Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of planning and reporting for APEX SG&A for Plan, LBE, and LRP.
- Own month-end close activities, including business unit allocations, reclass entries, accurate landing estimates, and ad hoc analysis/requests.
- Lead APEX LBE presentations.
- Establish and maintain routine collaboration with business partners to capture forecast adjustments.
- Analyze financial results and business performance versus key benchmarks (annual Plan, LBE, prior year, and other scenarios).
- Identify key trends, drivers, risks, opportunities, and variances to support management decision-making.
- Support ad hoc analyses, special projects, functional initiatives, and corporate planning requests as needed.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Finance or Accounting (Required).
- MBA/CPA (Preferred).
- 7+ years progressive accounting or finance experience.
- Strong understanding of company financial planning processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of automated accounting systems (SAP and BPC); strong capability with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to solve business problems by identifying issues and collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
- Ability to work independently and in teams; integrate activities across multiple functions/divisions.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and balance competing priorities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
