Role Overview
- Finance Management Hi-Po Leadership Development Program: a 2β3-year enterprise leadership accelerator for high-potential MBA graduates to influence financial strategy in a fast-growing biotech organization.
- Provides structured rotational exposure (3β4 rotations, 8β12 months each) with executive mentorship and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete rotations that may include Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and Internal Audit to gain technical expertise and broad enterprise perspective.
- Participate in a Leadership Development Series (leading self/others, influencing senior stakeholders) and drive enterprise-wide business outcomes.
Requirements
- Recent MBA graduate (Class of 2023β2026), Finance/Accounting (or related concentration) preferred.
- 2β3 years of professional experience with progressive responsibility and analytical rigor.
- Strong financial modeling, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and aspiration to grow into Director-level and broader enterprise finance leadership roles.
- Demonstrated skills developing and implementing enterprise technology automation, visualization, and analytics solutions to improve productivity and performance.
