Early Career Leadership Program (Finance Management Leadership Development Program) is a 2β3-year enterprise leadership accelerator for high-potential MBA graduates. Provides structured rotational exposure, executive mentorship, and real-time business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete 3β4 strategic rotations (8β12 months each), which may include Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and Internal Audit.
- Develop deep technical expertise and broad enterprise perspective.
- Participate in a Leadership Development Series (leading self/others, influencing senior stakeholders) and drive enterprise-wide business outcomes.
Requirements
- Recent MBA graduate (Class of 2023β2026), concentration in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- 2β3 years of professional experience with progressive responsibility and analytical rigor.
- Strong financial modeling, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and aspiration to grow into Director-level and broader enterprise finance leadership roles.
- Demonstrated skills in developing and implementing enterprise technology automation, visualization, and analytics solutions to improve productivity and performance.
