Finance Director - US Commercial FP&A Specialty

Role: Strategic finance leader partnering with AbbVie's US Specialty & Eye Care leadership to drive financial planning, performance management, and investment decisions for a ~$2.4B portfolio. Responsibilities: oversee annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning; analyze market trends, demand, and profitability; monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities; lead business reviews and provide insights to senior leadership; evaluate strategic initiatives including product launches and pricing strategies; ensure accurate financial reporting compliant with SOX; and advance finance capabilities through automation and data analytics.
