Finance Director, TDS

Role: Finance Director for Therapeutics Development & Supply (TDS) within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine Research & Development. Objectives: Provide financial leadership for a ~$1B operating budget, supporting global R&D activities, site management, and product development investments. Responsibilities: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense management; lead financial planning for site operations in the US and Europe; partner with supply chain and development teams; manage a team of 15 globally dispersed staff; deliver financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights; support capital allocation and project spend analysis; ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP.
