Qualifications: minimum 10 years in finance/accounting, Bachelor's degree required, MBA or CPA/CMA preferred, prior experience managing teams, with R&D or supply chain finance experience advantageous. Skills: strong analytical, business partnering, communication, leadership, and cross-cultural adaptability. High-value biopharma specifics: focus on innovative medicine R&D, global site support in NJ, PA, Belgium, Ireland; involvement with product lifecycle, capital planning, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
