Main Responsibilities
- Serve as Finance voice of the Global Franchise; interact with New Product Planning, Business Development, R&D, Countries, Industrial Affairs and Supply Chain to support Strategy Plans, Business Cases, Performance reviews, and quarterly planning.
- Manage Franchise Global Controlling & Reporting: P&L, Headcount, Investments, and Resource Allocation during monthly closing; investor relations; rolling forecast; budget and strategic planning; improve ways of working with the CoE.
- Provide Launch Excellence Finance support for new assets: launch preparation, governance, and execution monitoring; analyze financial performance by Regions & Indications; partner with Market Access & Pricing, Forecasting, and Competitive Intelligence teams.
- Lead Therapeutic Area Global Strategic Planning, including key investments (External Partners, Infrastructure, Commercial Operations, R&D/IA interface) and interaction with Sanofi Group Strategy, PFR team, and Finance leadership.
- Monitor forecast/performance vs external consensus; support Investor Relations for quarterly earnings call highlights and investor events.
- Prepare and present strategic investment projects and analyses; serve as Finance representative for TA Strategic projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (required); Master’s (finance or Sciences) or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years finance/accounting or related experience (required).
- 2+ years Business Partnering to commercial teams (required).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- BOOST TM1 and ThinkCell knowledge preferred.
- Strategic agility, strong communication, stakeholder influence, and ability to work in a highly matrixed environment; global/international experience preferred.
