Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as Finance voice of the Global Franchise; partner with New Product Planning, Business Development, R&D, Countries, Industrial Affairs, and Supply Chain to support the Head of Franchise and Immunology Leadership team.
- Own Franchise Global Controlling & Reporting (P&L, headcount, investments/resource allocation) across monthly closing, investor relations, rolling forecast, budget, and strategic planning; improve ways of working with the CoE.
- Provide Launch Excellence Finance support for new assets (launch preparation, governance, execution monitoring); analyze financial performance by region/indication to inform resource allocation; partner with Market Access & Pricing, Forecasting, and Competitive Intelligence.
- Lead Global Strategic Planning for the Therapeutic Area, including key investments and interaction with Sanofi Group Strategy and Finance leadership.
- Monitor forecast/performance vs. external consensus and support Investor Relations for quarterly earnings highlights.
- Prepare and present strategic investment projects/analysis as TA Finance representative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (required); master’s preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in Finance/Accounting or related field (required).
- 2+ years’ business partnering to commercial teams (required).
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, V-lookup, etc.).
- BOOST TM1 and ThinkCell knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, stakeholder influence, and ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.
- Strategic agility; global/international experience preferred.
