Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the finance voice of the Global Franchise; partner with New Product Planning, Business Development, R&D, Countries, Industrial Affairs, and Supply Chain (capacity planning, volume analysis) and support Franchise/Immunology leadership (strategy plans, business cases, performance reviews, quarterly deliverables).
- Own the Franchise Global Controlling & Reporting process (P&L, headcount, investments, resource allocation) across monthly close, investor relations, rolling forecast, budget, and strategic planning; improve ways of working with the CoE.
- Provide Launch Excellence finance support for new assets: financial expertise for launch preparation/governance/execution monitoring; analyze financial performance by region and indication; partner with Market Access & Pricing, Forecasting, and Competitive Intelligence.
- Lead Therapeutic Area global strategic planning, including key investments (external partners, infrastructure, commercial operations, R&D/IA interface) and interact with Sanofi Group strategy, PFR team, and finance leadership.
- Monitor forecast/performance vs. external consensus and support Investor Relations for quarterly earnings call/investor event highlights.
- Prepare/present strategic investment projects and analysis; act as finance representative for TA strategic projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in finance, accounting, or related field (masterโs preferred).
- 10+ years of finance/accounting or related experience.
- 2+ years business partnering experience to commercial teams.
Skills/Preferences
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- BOOST TM1 and ThinkCell preferred.
- Strategic agility; strong communication and collaboration; ability to influence senior stakeholders; works effectively in a matrixed environment; global/international and diverse-team experience preferred.
