Finance Development Program Analyst

Role: The position is part of BioMarin's Financial Development Program (FDP), an intensive 24-month rotational program designed to develop future finance leaders in the biotech industry. Objectives include gaining broad financial expertise, leadership skills, and industry insight to support career progression within Finance and the organization. Responsibilities encompass hands-on experience across functions such as corporate finance, R&D finance, financial reporting, accounting, audit, treasury, and operations, along with participating in specialized training and community engagement. Requirements: Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting with a GPA of 3.2+; 0-2 years of experience; strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills; self-motivated and accountable. Preferred skills include advanced Excel modeling, PowerPoint visualization, and familiarity with AI tools like Copilot. High-Value: Exposure to biotech finance, experience within a publicly traded mid-cap company, and understanding of biotech industry dynamics are key.
