Finance Business Partner

Role: Finance Business Partner supporting Telix Pharmaceuticals' global operations, focusing on strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and decision support within a biopharma context. Responsibilities: lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for assigned business areas; act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders; develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analyses; support evaluation of strategic initiatives, partnerships, and projects; ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls; drive process improvements and system automation. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related; 6+ years in FP&A or finance roles, with experience in regulated industries like biopharma, biotech, or medical devices; proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite); strong analytical and communication skills; experience in a publicly listed company and familiarity with SOX preferred.
